Jewellery Care

Proper care ensures the longevity of your jewelry. We provide care instructions with each purchase, and you can also find tips on our website.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders can be changed or canceled before they are shipped. Contact our customer support through the form below, as soon as possible, to make any changes.

Exchanges

You are allowed a single one time 1-to-1 exchange for our product within 14 days of purchase, provided it’s in its original, unworn condition with packaging and tags still intact.

To initiate this process, please send an email to hello@trinitytiny.com or in the form below, including your name, order number, and specify the items you wish to exchange.

To send the item back, please mail it to the following address:

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for any lost mail if sent through regular mail, and the cost of shipping for the exchange will be the customer’s responsibility.

Please be aware that Trinity Tiny reserves the right to decline any exchange request that does not comply with our exchange policy.

Note: Earrings and sale items are not eligible for exchange.

Returns

We offer a return policy. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we offer two return options (please review the exceptions below):

1. For a cash refund via the original mode of payment: Returns are accepted within 7 days of purchase or upon receiving your order.
2. For refund(s) via store credit(s): Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase or upon receiving your order. These store credits will remain valid for 6 months from the date of issuance.

*Exceptions: Earrings and all sale items are not eligible for returns.

Ensure that the items are returned to our customer centre within 14 days for local orders and 21 days for overseas orders.

All items must be in their original, unworn condition, with packaging and tags intact. Please use the original box to ship the items back to prevent jewelry damage.

Please be aware that Trinity Tiny reserves the right to decline any return request that does not adhere to our returns policy.

Damage or Incorrect Item

If you’ve received a damaged or incorrect item, simply reach out to us via email at hello@trinitytiny.com

Please include a clear photo of the defect or the incorrect item you received, along with your name and order number.

We’re here to assist you with any inquiries or concerns you may have.

Warranty

We offer a 90-day warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear (e.g bent post of a ear stud from careless use or broken chain).
